Suncraft Senzo Universal Gyuto 8.5″ (FT-03)

The Senzo Universal features a Western style handle with a more traditionally Japanese-styled blade. The very hard VG10 steel core is enrobed in 33 layers of Damascus stainless steel, keeping the full tang blade sharper for longer. The wavy Damascus pattern is contrasted by the hammered Tsuchime finish at the top of the blade, emphasizing the Japanese look. Suncraft’s 60/40 edge uses a 12° side for effortless slicing and an 18° side for added durability. The triple riveted handle is made of rich brown pakkawood.
